Our Menus
Our mission is to make outstanding produce accessible for all and we take pride in our menu, crafted by head chef Charlie Brookman and his dedicated team. Quality meat is a result of many factors: the breed, how it is raised and handled, it’s diet, overall health, age at slaughter, and how it’s aged, butchered, and cooked.
We slow rear our animals, which results in maximum flavour and juiciness. Our fruit and vegetables are picked to order, maximising the freshness of the produce. We judge our dishes from an eating perspective and taste is our priority.
On the menu, you’ll find seasonal hearty dishes where simplicity and deliciousness are key. Our bar is stocked with natural wines, local craft beer and real ales.
